Outdoor training that keeps you moving
I run boot camp sessions outdoors in South West London, giving you structured training without the walls and routines of a gym. Fresh air and open space can make exercise feel less of a chore, especially when you're trying to stay consistent through a busy week. I scale exercises to suit different ages and abilities, so you won't feel left behind if you're just getting started or coming back after a break.
At Mairtin MacGrath Fitness Performance, I focus each session on real progress, with work that helps build strength, fitness and everyday stamina. You'll train alongside other people with your own goals, and that shared effort often gives you the push to keep going. I also provide personal training if you prefer individual coaching alongside group sessions.
