I deliver sport-specific coaching, personal training and boot camps for players, athletes and clubs, helping improve skill, confidence and match performance. Mairtin MacGrath Fitness Performance provides tailored programmes for football, Gaelic football, rugby, athletics, hurling and more, focusing on strength and conditioning, speed, agility, power, endurance, mobility and injury prevention. I can provide younger athletes with the opportunity to develop multi-sport skills, with sessions building game IQ, tactics and mental strength through structured coaching.

I shape sports coaching around your sport, developing speed, endurance, mobility and resilience through structured strength and conditioning. Mairtin MacGrath Fitness Performance supports individuals, teams and clubs across South West London, including Richmond, Twickenham, Nine Elms and Brixton. I also coach tactics and mental performance to help you make better decisions and achieve sporting progress.
